Big Lots has reorganize their Hermitage store making it easier to shop and find things. You can find some decent deals on a wide range of merchandise. Now they offer a rewards program to supposedly help lower prices even more.

Great place.  Great people. Great prices...   This store is always a great place to visit.   I love coming here just to waste time.  I never leave this store empty handed.   There are always great deals here

Product everywhere. Disorganized. Hard to find prices as many items simply are not priced. So called deals and sales = Don't be fulled by the highly inflated "retail" or "suggested price". For a retailer who advertises as a discount type outlet, buyer beware and think about what you are actually paying for a fair portion of the products. Also, take special note and give attention to both flyer advertising and posted "sale pricing". Frustrating to have to notice a product listed buy one get 50% off a second is not properly programmed as such at the register. In the end a manager comes up to override the discrepancy even though the added wait and embarrassment at the register was hardly worth it. Why not just a one star review after all this? Well, if you have extreme patience, persistence, and time there will likely be a few bargains to find.
