A large selection of merchandise, great prices (especially during sale's events) The new location is much larger, well-lit, clean, and there is a much larger variety of items to choose from. The move to this new location was a positive for sure. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. They now carry a large selection of value brand inexpensive types of furniture and have several people employed to assist with your selection. Great place to shop and save money.

The lady Gloria was one if the sweetest employees in the store. There was a manager that was "mean" as we will call her. I asked if I could use my discount coupon and she proceeded to tell me "no because I'm to far into the transaction we would have to start all over". Just very rude and I know as a manager you can "override" and fix things like giving a discount for a coupon. BUT as I said there is a woman named Gloria who is super sweet and helpful and because of her I will go back to the store, but I will NEVER deal with other lady.

When I enter the restaurant, there was no greeting. I could have chosen somewhere else to eat, but I chose this restaurant. The food was great!

They carry alot of gluten free products which is my thing. Plus I like their spring water they carry. If you find something you like you better buy it because it won't be there when you go back.

Big lots has moved to a new location. It is much nicer and cleaner. There is more staff on hand to hep you with your needs and the majority of them are quite friendly. The manager went above and beyond to help me find what i was looking for. He even went to the point of calling another store to get a item held for me that wasn't at thus location.
