Excellent service.. I needed a plumber right away they were there with in less than twenty mins and the techs were so nice..they explained everything to me on what happened... Best plumbing company ever!!

We  live in a housing community, and they claimed that they would be on the job by 10 a.m., and didn't get started until 11 a.m.  Now they've all left and there is just a big hole with the pipes exposed like they're waiting for the glue to dry.  Who knows when everything will be fixed so we can have our water back on.

I called Big Mike's Plumbing this morning because we had a sewage coming from the clean out. They were here within an hour and had it fixed within 10 minutes. Great customer service from Nick. Price was right too! I highly recommend their services!!!

Ive never rated anything and ive been to some bad places. (Not saying this place is bad) I called them because my waer heater messed up and needed it replaced. I called them and they came in like 2 hours.
They show up and they tell me its 1300 for a new one. I ask them how much they would charge me if i bought it and rhey install it they said they would charge me 650 just to install a new one!!!!!!
650!!
Thats insane. Long story short went to home depot bought one for 550 with parts and tax it was 670.
Payed a plumber 140 dollars to install it. Which took him just under 2.5 hours. Total was 810

We called them to replace our toilet last week. The guy that came out replaced our toilet then 2 days later our toilet messes up. We call them back and they send a different guy out who says he is sorry the first job was not done right. He tells us he will be back the next morning to fix our issues at 9am. Well it's 1130am and he is a no show. We haven't received any calls to let us know he can't make it or that he was running late.  So now we need to find a new plumber who actually does his job. After spending 165 bucks on absolutely  nothing. We will never call this unprofessional business again.
