I highly recommend Big Oak Citgo repair service.  They service all of my vehicles.  Very accommodating to my schedule and timelines.  They take the time to explain repairs my car needs as well as future work that may need to be done.  

The entire staff is dedicated to the customer.  They know that service and the customer experience go hand-in-hand.

I can't begin to describe the wonderful service at Big Oak Citgo.  I am a recent widower and my husband always trusted our family cars with Big Oak and I will continue to do so.  Mike, Bob, and Tom have been nothing but amazing and going above and beyond to making sure that I don't have to worry about a thing when it comes to my car. If you want courteous, honest, and fair mechanics, look no further.  They are #1.

Everyone I have encountered at Big Oak Citgo is consistently polite and highly professional.  I know I can depend on them for outstanding and honest service.  They take the time to listen carefully to the problems I describe with my car, and their mechanics explain and demonstrate exactly what happened and what needs fixing.  The waiting area is well appointed, comfortable, clean, and pleasant.  I would recommend Big Oak Citgo without hesitation - they really deliver a great customer experience!
