Fantastic experience here! Very welcoming, professional, and helping staff. Definitely the most knowledgeable and helpful service I've seen at a shoe store. They have a great selection of running shoes. I was lucky enough to have Maggie assist me with finding a new pair of running shoes. From the technology they use and personal knowledge, I received outstanding service. Maggie was super professional and provided me with several options. There was no pressure to buy anything, just very informative and relaxed environment. I definitely recommend this company and I will return there for my next pair of running shoes. You can tell they take pride in their customer service and are not just about selling some shoes. Big thanks to Maggie for making my experience so awesome.

Very attentive and helpful! I asked for a certain pair if shoes and they took the time show me different options to make sure the Hoka brand was the best option me me!

My wife and I got one-on-one service from Maggie.  It was a great experience all around.  They watch the way you walk, use some high-tech equipment to gather information about how you walk and where you put the pressure on your feet when you walk, and then bring out several pairs of shoes based on your pronation and needs, and then spend all the time with you necessary to make the right decision.  Maggie went through all of the same steps with my wife, even though we told her we would not be making a purchase for her on that day.  It didn't change the level of service or the time she spent with her at all.  We were very appreciative, especially given that this was our first time in a running store, and having very little experience making purchases like this.  Thanks Maggie & BRRC!
