Chelsea and Taren were wonderful! I called in requesting pricing on a bedroom and mattress set and they both were very friendly and informative but most importantly, not pushy! They made my buying experience run very smoothly and helped guide me in the right direction! I left feeling very confident that I made the best choices with what I purchased when it came to quality and price! I will be a returning customer because of them!

The store is fantastic with a huge selection and great prices. Although, majority of the staff was very unhelpful. My boyfriend and I went in, with intent to purchase a sectional, wearing jeans and t-shirts, but being that they're a majorly discounted store, you would think they wouldn't judge based on clothing. However, we walked by multiple associates without them giving us a second glance or the time of day, not even a greeting; but one employee recognized us as customers from a previous job he had held and spent his time with us showing us a few options that filled our wish list and explaining different payment/financing options. His name is Russell, and I recommend him to anyone doing their furniture shopping in Zanesville, OH.

Worked with Ryan and he was terrific. Very knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. He worked hard to get me what I wanted at the best possible price.

Such a good experience! Russell helped my boyfriend and I find exactly what we were looking for. He was very patient with us and I would recommend him to anybody. Best sales man there!!!
