Great time had by all.   The bracelet system is ingenious, we felt safe and loved staying.  Everything felt and looked clean.  I would recommend eating somewhere else or ordering food out.  They do have a free breakfast but it was pretty awful. (But hey, they are a great hotel, they don't advertise a great restaurant)  Can't wait to come back.

Kids loved the water park, which was better than expected. Rooms seemed a bit dated but it's about what you'd expect from a water park hotel. We enjoyed the bunk beds in the room. Free breakfast buffet was appreciated. Overall no complaints, service was great from everyone we encountered and the overall price was cheaper than other places. We'd definitely consider a return visit.

Great value for the money. For the price of the room, u get water park tickets for two days, and a full breakfast buffet. The breakfast was surprisingly good, and it included eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, and biscuits. The water park is pretty good for an indoor park. There are 3 big slides with two kiddie slides. There is also a lady river, pool, and hot tub. My only complaint would be the room. It wasn't much to brag about. It was spacious, but our bath drain was VERY slow to go down. The chair in the room was broke too. The TV was very generic with a poor picture.

We always go to Big Splash Adventure just as indoor water park guests. Generally we'll go during the winter just to get out of the house. We always have a good time, and our daughter loves the lazy river and the smaller slides. There are plenty of life guards and the park always seems very clean, which is nice. We enjoy going once or twice a year, and it seems well worth the money.

We went to big splash adventure because we got a great deal on the tickets. If it wasn't for the deal we wouldn't have gone. It was a great place. The rides were great. It was a little cooler inside there than I thought it would be. There were fewer rides than I thought. Nevertheless the rides were good. They had a lot of rides and activities for the kids. The people looked out for each other so i felt like kids were safe. We didn't stay overnight we just came for the splash park and stayed 3 hours even though we drove there from an hour and a half away.
