Very entertaining for my family to go to. Great games and laser tag! They have an attraction outside called the "spider web ladder" which gave me quite a great challenge. Overall a good place to go to except if you want lunch or dinner, not much of a good selection there.

Great place for kids probably until about 12. Good food too. Buy as much as you can afford on the cards they sell as it is worth it and best bang for your buck.

Went for a birthday party. As an adult I was nervous but it turned out to be fun! Plenty of games and the attractions were fun.

My husband and I visited both locations on the same day on a weekend. Excellent staff. We are from out of town and had a lot of questions and they were all explained to us. Excellent miniature golf. Had a great time playing the very unique course. Looking forward to the second course opening. I saw nothing wrong with the prices. My husband and I played at both locations, all day, ordering food and wine, for less than $100. We did not do all of the activities, and if we would have the prices still would have been reasonable. Everything was clean. Everything. I cannot stress how much I appreciated the staff at both facilities. We even ran into an employee at her car as she was trying to go home. Instead of blowing us off and wishing us a good day, she stayed and chatted with us. This was an excellent experience. When we visit the area again, we will go back to Big Thrill Factory. Many people on here have said go to Mall of America or go to Dave and Busters. If you are looking for a Mall of America or Dave and Busters experience, by all means, go there. But if you want a family experience, with limited alcohol present and one that is relatively inexpensive, choose Big Thrill Factory. It is great for couples as well. Lots of fun.

I love this place not only do they have great games, good food (for an arcade), but their service is phenomenal! A few good classics, newer games, laser tag, mini golf, trampoline and an escape room make for a great place to truly bring people of all ages.
