I have to say this place is horrible. I dropped off my 7 year old daughter for a birthday party today. I picked her up she said come in the bathroom. She explained that they went outside to go down the slide- its 90 degrees. They told them to lift up their legs to go down the slide. My daughter showed me her bottom. There is a 3 x 3 inch round 2nd degree burn. Do not host a party here. She has been screaming in pain since I picked her up!

I had my daughter's birthday party here and was genuinely amazed. I had never been here before, but they were one of the only places that could schedule me the week of her birthday. The party hosts did a great job of managing 9 4-7 year old children. Also, when they say that the pizza is enough, they mean it (half of the party pizza ended up coming home with us). The children received cards with 15 points for the arcade, but they have a lot of low ticket items, so each child was able to go home with something. The only thing that I wished was different was that we didn't have a time to open presents during the party. Overall, I would do this again!

This is a very good place. I took my 2, 8 year olds and they had a blast! Very good customer Service from one of the workers! (I think his name was Jayden I can’t specifically remember). I can’t wait to take my kids back when more of the building is done! I would recommend this place to anyone trying to have a fun day!!

The whole family enjoyed this trip. (5 adults and 2 kids). It's great for getting everyone active. There are restaurants close by if the food isn't of interest. Great location not far off the freeway. Looking forward to summer and trying out some of the seasonal attractions.

We had a fun family day playing at the NEW Big Thrill Factory in Oakdale and it was an absolute BLAST! We got the all-day unlimited play passes and spent most of the day bouncing between Laser Tag, Time Challenge, Ropes Course, the arcade, and my favorite: Go Karts! Best part of all of the attractions is they last a good amount of time unlike other places I have visited. Our Go Karts run was a solid 5 minutes and same with the Laser Tag. It made it so fun being able to enjoy each activity and find something each person in the family liked best. The venue was very clean and well maintained and staff were all very friendly and personable. The food was great - it was actually difficult deciding on what to order! Bacon Bleu Burger was delicious and the menu was adult approved with craft beer! I would highly recommend for a fun family day or even for a birthday party!
