I had planed on staying for a month which I rented for work. Had some issues and needed to leave after only 2 days there. Well I had paid up for a month and 5 days and these people would not refund none of my monies and I  had only stayed for 2 days. I never signed anything nor did anyone there say anything about these policies to me. Oh yeah, very nice till you have a problem or anything about money then their true colors Shine!! Would not recommend this place to anyone. There is more to chose from. Shop around!!!!!

Currently staying here for 11 days now and will continue to be here for at least two more weeks if not more. The staff, campers and residents are amazing. There is so much to do here each and every day but unfortunately I got very sick and wound up in the hospital here which for being small is extremely efficient with great doctors and staff. Everyone at the RV park along with my brother and sister in law are making our life so much easier by seeing that we are fed daily and helping my husband with things. I would so recommend this RV park to all that wants to be kept busy or just kick back and relax, the area is very quite and enjoyable without the hustle and bustle of busy traffic.

Quiet little 55+ RV/Trailer park. Cozy neighborhood, friendly people that wave to you from their golf carts on the way to their pool. Management is very kind. Very nice pool and large hot tub.
