Dr. Bigelow and his staff were great in my experience with sedation dentistry. I had neglected my dental care for years and had a huge phobia of the dentist. Dr. Bigelow, Stacey, Mary and others made every visit I had very calm and comforting. Even during the worst part of my treatment, all the staff would check on me even if I didn't deal directly with them. From the ladies at the front desk to insurance ladies to the dental staff in the back, all greeted you with a smile and a calming atmosphere. They all explained procedures, insurance, and after care thoroughly. The day of my surgery, every person I had dealt with came in to make sure I was ok and just to say hello. I had sedation dentistry and after many, many years of being scared of dental procedures, I was able to get the necessary work done in a timely fashion without any pain or problems. Dr. Bigelow has helped me regain my smile and I will forever be appreciative to him and his staff. I highly recommend Dr. Bigelow and his sedation dentistry techniques. I actually look forward to going back now  for checkups. That says a lot.

I liked my experience at Bigelow Family Dentistry! I would say that I loved it ,but I'm a teenager so I'm not suppose to like going to the dentist :P I would also like to send a shout out to Stacey, the one who does my braces. xD I told her I was going to write a bad review about her just because she makes my teeth hurt ,but I'm not going to because I guess she is pretty cool :D

Bigelow Family Dentistry makes you feel at home right when you walk through the door. They have iPads available to you while you are waiting to go back. It seems to me that children who are scared of the dentist become more calm and not as afraid just by playing a simple game on the iPad. Parents don't realize that by bad experiences in a dentist office as a child, it can cause the person as an adult not to go to the dentist like needing to do so. Bigelow Dentistry makes an effort to make every experience a great one. Highly recommended!
