Just was in today to get some coffee and the kid at working the drive thru was great didn’t catch his name, he seemed new but he was super friendly, and polite. Just wanted to give him a shout-out! I should have asked for his name but he was just very sweet and is doing a super job!

BIGGBY will forever have my heart. I go here so often, the staff knows my order. Love the coupons that are easily findable for this Michigan coffee chain. Better than StarBucks IMO.

Friendly staff but behind the counter is filthy the floor looks gross the counter had spilt coffee and coffee grounds on it and the breakfast bagle station has crumbs other food just sitting on it. Not too impressed and I watched the barista use 2 filty shot glasses when making espresso shots, this place is far from clean there was also open milk and open cider just sitting on the counter and there was garbage on the floor next to the trash can. This is how you get people sick. Maybe look for a biggby that actually cleans its surfaces food and drinks are preped on.

Place was amazing, baristas were very nice. Very quick and cheap!

Always great! Love the guy that works so hard here, everytime we drive up it seems like he's doing everything all at once!! Thanks for being amazing and all the pup cups!

Hot coffee comes with a sleeve. I should not have to ask. That is like asking for a drink carrier when I have four drinks.
