I love getting my hair cut and colored at Bijou. The staff, hospitality, and services are all wonderful!

I have to agree with the previous review saying that some of the stylists are inexperienced.  My wedding hair trial with Kristen went very well and I was pleased. However she left the salon and the girl who did my hair on my wedding day really needs a lot more experience before she does bridal hair. I redid my make up after I left but unfortunately there wasn't time to redo my hair. Also, the package included a manicure, but I was told there wasn't time in the schedule, despite scheduling 6 months in advance, but I paid for one in the package--  I wasn't givien a discount or reimbursement for that part of the package. Nice, courteous staff, but they just need a lot more experience before doing hair for one of the most important days of a woman's life.

I unfortunately didn't like the highlights I got at another salon and didn't want to go back to have them fix them. So I called Bijou to see if they could squeeze me in the next day or day after to fix it. The owner, Kim, told me to come in the same evening even though I would get there after closing. They totally fixed/saved me and everyone was so welcoming and wonderful. Only truly wonderful things to say about Bijou, Kim, Alisha, and everyone else!!
