Very nice shop with amazing service. Extremely knowledgeable staff. This is not your typical bike shop or even your typical high end shop--this one is much better!

An absolutely outstanding experience. I was in town for a day and wanted to 1) rent a high end road bike 2) have a guide take me on an epic ride. Allison and James went above and beyond to prepare the bike for my arrival and then lead me on a 100 mile ride of glory. They were helpful, responsive and went out of their way to ensure I had fun. Highly recommend them!

Great bike shop. Friendly people who are experts in bikes and clothing. They also have some very experienced bike fitters and impressive fitting equipment. Whether you need advice on a new bike or help getting your existing one back on the road, Bike Effect is the place for you.

I used to work in the industry and have been to more bike shops than I’d like, this by far is the most expensive bike shop I’ve been to for any type of service. Not sure why, maybe location $$$....
