Took my bike Into this shop one afternoon with out a scheduled appointment hoping to get a few things done on it. Figured it’d be a long shot they’d be able to help right away as several other shops in the area told me to come back in several days. Well Ricky immediately put my bike up on the stand and did everything I needed done. Was also very informative on something’s that were new to me on the bike. All at a very reasonable labor cost. I know I was probably lucky they weren’t to busy at the time but still they were wonderfully helpful and friendly. I won’t even waste time going to any of the other shops in the area.

I went in not knowing the first thing about road bikes. Ricky was very helpful and informative. He was able to answer all my questions and pick out a bike that was perfect for me. I purchased the essential accessories as well, and did not feel pressured to purchase anything I did not need. In general, I did not feel pressured to purchase anything, including the bike. As I understand the shop gives free tune-ups for life on bikes purchased in their store. This is a great value. Overall, a great experience and look forward to visiting again for any future bike needs.

Warning, oncoming bad puns: These dudes got their customer service in gear and seem to never tire of helping people. They'll answer any questions you have chained up and will knowledgeably help you through the bike-purchasing experience. With erudition, they spoke of all the features that come on the bikes and if you plan on buying a bike, you won't likely back peddle your decision to do so. Also, Ricky has a top notch beard.

Great place to shop if you're just getting started or been riding several years. The staff is very experienced and will always put the customer first. I highly recommend Bike One!!

I have been shopping at Bike One for over 10 years. They have always treated me well and given me good service. All of the employees are great. They are bicycle enthusiasts who know what they are talking about when they give you recommendations. They always try to give the best advice, which means listening to the customer and assessing their needs. Everyone's needs vary and that is reflected in the vast array of equipment available that ranges from the entry level to the professional level. If you can communicate your needs well then Bike One will set you up correctly. Prices are standard retail pricing. Sure you may find better prices online but it does not come with the customer support you will get with Bike One. I get great service and that is why I keep coming back.
