Last year I decided to over come one of my long time fears and to learn how to ride a bicycle. It took me two months after trying renting some bikes in Miami and other cities I traveled too. When I felt ready to invest in one, I decided to drive to Orlando and get my first bike from this great store. I knew that Matt Wagner had a lot of experience working in the Biking industry and I knew he was the best person that could guide me. He not only took the time to learn about my fear of start biking, but also took the time to look at the different models that could fit me. I am a short lady so finding a bike that I can seat comfortable was not easy. Matt and his team were so great. I got not only my bike but also other items that will keep me safe. Matt work on my bike after I purchased it. He wanted to make sure the seat was adjust it to my needs, mirrors were installed, lights, bottle of water handle and even the ring bell. The first time i rode my bike by myself was so easy because I had the right bike all customized for me. I can now say that i have overcome my fear and I ride my bike almost every week. I am so glad we still have in the U.S shops like this and amazing experts that treat you like family - Keep up the excellent work Matt and your team!

I love this shop! The staff is very friendly and Daisy is an awesome greeter. Huge variety of comfortable bikes, colors, accessories and in a great spot with easy parking. I stopped in to check it all out and I fell in love with the design and decor. Your eye is drawn to so many awesome spots in the store. It’s like an Easter egg hunt! Highly recommended!!

Very knowledgeable courteous staff always willing to help or answer questions.  Love our bikes.  I had a brake sticking and took it in for a 30 day checkup. They fixed it in one day and my bike rides so smooth now, just glides along effortlessly.

They did work on my bike and I took it home. The front tire went flat so I took the tire back and told them I hadn't been on the bike since I took it home from their shop and the front tire is flat. I return to pick up my tire and turn around to walk out, hoping that the tire is now repaired properly. The clerk calls after me and asks me if I'm going to pay for the repair. I told him the repair wasn't done when I first brought the bike in (and was charged for repair) and this SECOND repair should not cost me anything. The clerk asks me to wait until he checks with the person who repaired my tire. I had waited more than 5 minutes already while the clerk looks for the other guy. I asked what the holdup was and the clerk says he's still looking for the person. Eventually he finds the person and he says there was a small hole in my tire that was undiscovered when I initially brought the bike in for repair. Mind you, I had initially spent $126.19 for the bike tune up and tire repairs. The Bike Shop Of Winter Haven wanted to charge me for repairing a tire that I had initially paid them to repair and was not repaired. After much discussion, the clerk stated that they wouldn't be charging me for the tire repair (which I had already paid for when I initially brought the bike in and told them that the tires were not maintaining air pressure and wanted the tires repaired). THIS WAS NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WITH THE BIKE SHOP OF WINTER HAVEN. I DON'T THINK I'LL BE DOING ANY MORE BUSINESS WITH THE BIKE SHOP OF WINTER HAVEN.

I took my bike in for a tune up.  Not only did they get the gears and brakes working smoothly, they painted a couple scratches and removed rust on some areas and painted them- extra bins. We got the bike in by 9 and it was done by 5.  The selection & quality of merchandise is great.  I also like the decor and style of the store.  I wish them much success at this new location.
