The Bike Zone continues to impress me! I have been in there a handful of times over the last year and always have a great experience. They really take their time with you and make sure the customer is satisfied.  They go above and beyond and treat you like family.  The entire staff is knowledgeable, patient (I am new to bicycling and they answered ALL of my questions) and genuine.  I recommend this place regularly to friends and family.

This shop is hands down the best, most knowledgeable and trust worthy bike shop on The Cape! I have been dealing with this shop for years and the staff is courteous and won't just try to sell you something. They do a ton of repairs and their reputation proceeds them! Quality work! They all ride locally too so know what type of bike you should have and why. Go there and see why.

I happen to be in the market for a mountain bike and dealing with Tim at Bike Zone has been an excellent experience. Tim came across as a caring, sincere person with a great personality and very knowledgeable about what I was interested in. He even offered me the ability to demo two bikes at the same time, to be sure that I picked the perfect bike. That is a bike shop that is worthy of my business.

Somehow they always manage to squeeze my bikes in last minute and turn them around in no time at all.  Was preparing for a bike race from Boston to NYC in September, and a friend decided to join last minute.  BZ was able to get my second bike in the night before and get it race-ready overnight. Incredible customer service.  Meant I was able to ride with a friend instead of going it alone - greatly appreciated.

These guys are the best!  They know their "stuff"  - they know bikes, the knowledge of the products sold is unsurpassed.  Tim and Ryan (owners) are very accommodating and helpful.  I have been going to their shop in Hyannis for bike purchases, repairs, parts etc since 2004.
