Great studio. Extremely clean, nice and HOT, excellent teachers that provide a lot of support for newer students. Erin and her group of teachers are amazing - they are warm, welcoming and are always there to help students, whatever their level or condition may be. I have been to many different Bikram yoga studios - NYC, CT, East Bay, San Francisco, Chicago, SoCal, etc. and this one still stands out to me as one of the most well rounded and best studios. It checks off all of the boxes! It is everything you want/need in a hot yoga studio. Excellent teachers, clean studio, shower, changing spaces, 'cool' down area, great group of people!

Want THE most challenging low impact workout ever.?  Counting on 7.5 years I have seen runners, swimmers, sports athletes, grandparents, women with child, students, everyone of every conceivable background, benefit particularly in strength, flexibility, and well-being.  If you are nervous about the heat, it is OK just to lie on your mat and benefit from sweating, which provides body cleansing and detox.  There is absolutely NO pressure, the series is tailored to beginners and experienced practitioners alike.  A person does what a person can do on any given day.  Give it a try, there are great first time deals!  And there is GLOWGA!!!  See pic.

All that practice at her studio are terribly grateful that Erin Dunning (owner) continues her enduring commitment to gift us Bikram Yoga in Davis. This practice and community steadily enriches me in ways that count.

I was completely new to any kind of yoga and was a bit nervous to go. The owner was extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable right away. She guided me through positions and knew when to help me and when to just let me be. Going to this studio has completely fixed my back pain and has helped me to be a better athlete all around. It has improved my soccer and endurance. Great studio and great group of people running it. I would definitely recommend.

I love love love this studio! The studio is always clean, warm (literally and figuratively) and inviting.  The owner is incredibly supportive and dedicated to the studio and the students.  The instructors are knowledgeable, caring and helpful.  I truly cannot say enough great things about this place.

I have been practicing at this studio since moving to Davis.  I have tried several other hot yoga studios while traveling out of town.  None of them compare to Bikram Yoga Davis.  I have friends who drive in from out of town to take class here, even though they have Bikram studios in the town they live.  This is a great place with great people.  It may not be right for everybody but it is sooooooooo worth a try!

I have two homes in Davis: my apartment and the Davis Bikram Yoga studio. It has wooden floors, plenty of light, a bathroom/shower AND a veranda that overlooks 5th street. Since it's located on the second floor of a metal-sided building I always feel like I'm climbing (usually running) up the stairs to an artist-loft. 

And that's the problem. After the routine mind/ body/ emotional/ mental/ spiritual healing experience after every class, I never want to leave.
