Bill and Jerry both took excellent care of me. I have my car, house, and life insurance through them now. I had a bad experience with USAA and decided to look into other options. Bill and Jerry both went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed. They definitely had my best interests at heart.

Bill and his wife have been friends with my family for thirty plus years.  He is one of the smartest men I know and has helped us through some very difficult times.  He was the first on the scene when our teenage son had an accident, too.  Our entire family depends on his expertise and advice.  There are always going to be people who don't like you, no matter how hard you try to do your job, but he has never let us down.

This man cares about how much money he can get from you and not what service he can provide.  He takes advantage of disabled veterans.  I am a combat service related disabled vet with TBI (Trumatic Brain Injury)  and I rely on automatic draft to pay my bills.  We changed dates on payment to match wife's new job and this appears to put a hold on payments until you come in person and make a payment or so say the other agent Jerry.  So my policy was canceled for no pay after 10 years with state farm and 2.5 with this guy.  I was called to sell me products but not to tell me we needed to come in or just ask if there is a problem.  Nooooo they claim they sent one letter which now that I am pushing the issue another letter has mysteriously appeared.  Oh and a note on my file that when I called to add another vehicle they told me I needed to make a payment.  This was not the case because I ask them specifically if I needed to make a single payment to add the jeep because it was end of year.  No MR. Tucker, we will bill it... So I go on vacation to Colorado WITHOUT INSURANCE!!!! All because its not their job to call us and inquire if there is an issue.  Gatesville has less than 4ooo people.  There are 6 insurance agencies.  Do the math.  He found time to have his staff call to sell me add ons but not alert me that there was an issue.  DO NOT USE THIS SORRY EXCUSE FOR AN AGENT!! HE ONLY WANTS YOUR MONEY!!  Now I have to sue him as I was in a wreck that left a 1 inch scratch on the bumper of the other car and they will not cover me..all of this over less than $500.  Lawsuit against him, the lady that lied and State Farm.
