Where do I start? There so many great things & so much that has impressed me & so much they have helped me with, and so many more positive categories I could continue to list, each category having A LOT that I can expound upon. So where to start, how to put all that at a length shorter than a book? I'm just so excited right this moment about my new 2016 Honda Accord car AND ALSO my experience with my agent in his office (Michelle), the other ladies working in there & Bill Jenkinson himself. I am equally happy and excited about both (this agency and my new car). The car place I purchased my car is another story, lol. This is about how wonderful the people, treatment, and service I have gotten from Bill Jenkinson and his agency and I just can't express my gratitude and wonderful feelings I have for all of them there enough. 

Here's a short list of some things. I won't be able to tell all. Even if you spoke to me directly, I would have to talk for more than an hour to expound upon all. So typing it all just won't do. Yes, I am that happy and they are that great for that many reasons.

1. I have not had a car for years, so that means I have had no car insurance for many years. Some places turned me away for this but not here, it was open arms and they worked hard to fix me up right. My case needed some extra people involved as I was paying from a trust fund that's managed by another place. They worked with that and made it smooth & easy. I was worried how that would go but they made sure they would be the ones to take on any difficulties in red tape crap or what not so I would not have to. They spent a lot of time on me to get this completed and with the most wonderful attitudes the entire time and nothing but sincere smiles and family like treatment (good family;, if you got bad family, I don't mean like that).

I have always had a drivers license since age of 17 (never lapsed, lost it). I am 41 years of age now. Crazy sounding I went a long time with no car but had license all the time, I know, but I managed to get by. When I made the choice to get a car, I wanted the best car (best within certain price range) and I wanted the best insurance agency for a great deal & treatment, one I felt I could trust. I got all I was looking for in the car I choose & with Bill Jenkinson State Farm insurance agency and an abundance more I wasn't expecting or looking for. Such as feeling like I am at home there and how they treat me like family. I have also seen myself, them treating the disabled, special needs poor people the exact same as a rich man in a business suit. It's like they only see a human being and if the human being needs more help than others, nothing else matters, you get that extra level of help. So sociable, easy going, and worked to help me when others were trying to do differently w/ me. You get a lot more than just some insurance with them.

2. I did an online quote first and I got a decent deal but I felt it could be a little better. When it was over, no one called and bugged me with a sales pitch. I got to decide if I wanted to make contact. So that was nice. When I decided I wanted to check further about doing business with them, I call and they found what I had did online fast and easy. Then she (MIchelle) worked hard to set me up with what I needed on this car I was getting (I wasn't sure myself so she assisted). She also worked hard to get the price as low as possible, which she got it down MUCH lower than what the online quote gave me, was a really good deal for my situation. 

3. I ended up even getting renters insurance for no extra cost and it also brought my car insurance down by 8 bucks by getting that with it. I was like, wow and I need renters insurance too, especially because of moving soon & I want my stuff protected. 

Darn it, I was just told "character limit exceeded" by Google. I can't finish my review, darn. I had so much more great things to write. Now I must go back and delete a few things, even though I have much more I want to say and why I feel much praise should be given to this agency.

This office has the nicest, most helpful employees. If you are not happy with your agent... go see Bill.

We've been State Farm customers for more than forty years, but with this agent we've had less than stellar service. Final straw was a life policy that required three more visits to the office, including misinformation and failure to supply written information when requested.  They have plenty of excuses, but poor follow-through.  We have moved all of our business to another agent.
