I dealt with Kapura after a fire in my house.   Although it was a very emotional experience in my life, Kapura was able to guide me through the Repair part of my loss.   I got to know a few of the workers personally and  they were all great people.  I had a great experience with this company.  Thank you Mr Kapura!

Not only they stole my money, but I wanted to contact the owner, Bill Kapura, and they told me that he said, He was going to take it to court! I have never had someone talk to me like that. The level of disrespect and arrogance in this company, especially coming from owners, is ridiculous! This company is so corrupted. The Service Master general  manager, Rock Collins, is incompetent! As soon as he left my property, things started to go missing, such as the medications that I got from my back surgery. 

I do not recommend this company at all. They don't even deserve 1 star.
