Friendly service reps.  Our truck was ready on time and guys helped to get settings back when sideboards didn't come down for me to get in truck (i'm short). It was only recall work so I cannot review basic service or repair work there. We use Bernies for general work.

I always go to Greg, takes care of your car as if its his.
Good service, my car always feels great after coming from here.
They give courtesy vehicles too.
Quick service, takes less than a day

Greg Karras is a fantastic service advisor. Each time I have taken a vehicle in for service it has been handled in a timely manner.

I've been getting my car serviced here since I moved to Seattle. Greg is particularly helpful and friendly. He got me out of a pinch when my battery died on me and needed to replaced with very short notice.

I was transfered here when I called Ford about a recall.  Turns out there were two and my car was stalling out possibly from the fuel filter.  After talking to one of their reps I believe his name was Paul, he told me I could drop it off and leave it they would squeeze it in between appointments. I told them I could leave it 5 days dropping it off on Thursday.  (today 6/22) .  I then made arrangements for a rental car and a friend came down from Everett to follow me there.  

I woke up this morning and called again to verify my dropping the car off and this time I spoke to a Vickie.  Everything was set.   Once I arrived there I was told they don't know who I spoke to as both Vickie and Paul stood there like a deer in headlights denying they even spoke to me. .  I was then told they wouldn't even be able to look at it until after next Tuesday.  

I called Kirkland ford service repair and they said come over and they will look at tomorrow morning and call me.  As I was doing this outside the lake city service center I noticed these same employees kept watching me pacing back and forth. What a strange experience and a waste of my whole day I started at noon and just got home after 6:30 PM. Was it because two of the issues were recalls and they wouldn't make money off of that?   

I wont ever go back to this location.  Don't let them waste YOUR time.  What a disappointment.  .
