Robbers! STEER CLEAR!!!! Was charged over $600.00 for 59 minutes of carpet stretching!!! I did not know what the job entailed as I’ve never had this done before. I was told the job would take 3 hours..one man was in and out in 59 minutes and what he did was menial in comparison to what 3 movers did for me on moving day. I had 3 movers bust their butts for 9.5 hours and and was charged $1100.00. Those who know me know I’m far from
cheap, and that I do not complain about money, so this is ridiculous!!! I called the company’s owner after, and while pleasant , he did nothing for me. Never again for me, and my friends and family know to stay away also.

The owner Bill was rather rude to me. I walked into the store looking for a specific sales associate as I had heard great things about her. When he saw me he instantly ran over asked what I wanted and when I stated who I was looking for he tried to rush me out the door because that associate was not working currently. 
When I began to browse the store he called up the associate I wanted to work with to get me to leave the store. He also told me when I was looking at a carpet that I could not afford what was in that section. He had no idea who I was or what I do, and my budget. He was rude for no apparent reason. I did still get a quote with the associate who was every bit as lovely as people had described. Ultimately I would go else where same products less of an ass to deal with.

Family owned for over 50 years. Several of the bad reviews are just fake, not customers! Go see for yourself!

I had the greatest experience when I went into bills carpet the employees were so friendly and the prices are phenomenal I am definitely looking forward to doing business with them again very soon I would recommend bills carpets to anyone 5 stars hands down

My grandmother had repairs done to her carpet and discovered a hole afterwards. When asking for them to look at it again they were extremely rude; yelling that she was not a customer and that it was a month and a half after the repairs were made (which was not correct). So much for trying to support a local business. I would advise you to not do business with them unless you want poor work and attitude.
