Very disappointed with the over cooked crab legs and out of the 4 dozen steamed clams 14 were, no good. These items were supossed to be removed from our bill. 3 others with me got burgers and fries. The fourth had salad. Half our meal never made it to the table and I about collapsed when I paid the bill. We went after hearing how great this place is. Expensive for the quality of the food and the little service! Just our experience.

Starting from the beginning the table was dirty I had to wipe it off. Then our drinks came I asked her for a straw we got one for two glasses. I didn't order fries I got fries. I asked her for the chips and she was rude about it. Then she couldn't remember what we ordered. Is this a waitress I don't think so she better go back to training. Would I recommend this place to anyone No. Would I ever come back never never never.

Food was great a little slow.... to be fair we were there on a really busy night with a great band!

Absolutely love this place! The food is delicious and the atmosphere is wonderful - so happy to have Bill's in Owego!

Stop here when you're in Owego! What a great little restaurant. Amazing, attentive service and good food with fun homemade dips, sauces and breading. Old train station with live train track 10 ft behind the building. The kids loved watching the trains fly by.
