Great service and work. While I understand the few low reviews for "snippy" service, honestly, they are great people that do awesome, fast work at a VERY reasonable price. EVERY lock is different, so when you don't really know what you are asking them about, they can't give you a very good estimate over the phone. Just sayin'.

Absolutely terrible, lady on the phone and in person was rude and condescending like a real Ogre. She would not cut my keys because I bought them some were else. She wanted $40 for one car key that cost me $ 6 on eBay that I purchased from a lock shop on the other side of town. The key shop 2 miles away Copper State was more than glade to help and he is the owner working in his store. They sell all kinds of locks and safes. Dont waste your time at Bills key & lock shame on you. PS I'm also a small business owner and underside the complexities in running a business in this environment.

Absolutely terrible, lady on the phone was rude and condescending. Talked down to me after trying to explain my situation. Take your business elsewhere unless you want to be talked down to by some obnoxious woman.

My driver lost the keys to the limo. They were able to get him going so he could make it to the basket room and get me to the concert on time.

Needed a car key replacement, I went to Ace where the guy who helped me after two copies didn't work told me about this place, walked in and dogs came to greet me haha. But a lady who worked there was able to make me a replacement worked with opening door and starting my car! It was quick and easy in and out 5-10 mins. And cost $5 I'd go back to get my truck key replacement. Beware though if you have a chip in your key that might be extra but other than that quick, easy, and friendly service.
