I've been here a number of times over the past few years and have always received very good service. Today I had an absolutely amazing experience with them. I bought a replacement key switch for my car at an auto parts store and took it to Bill's to see if they could release it to use my existing key. They told me they could, but it would be much cheaper to rebuild the old lock. They cut me a key for free to test if that got my old ignition switch to turn, which I took home and found it worked well. They then cut the new chip key to get the car starting properly. Total cost was half of what I was quoted elsewhere for the chip key and I was able to return the $200 switch at the parts store. I still need to take off the old switch to have them rebuild it, but it's no longer an emergency and I'll still end up paying far less than the new switch and all that. At Bill's they really know their stuff, they're friendly, and they're honest.

They did the locks on my commercial buidling several years ago. I needed a copy and went to Lowe's-the copy didn't work. Went here and they explained to me that the big hardware stores do not properly calibrate their machines often enough. Very reasonable prices, too!

Walked in with a factory blank for a key with the original key for my lock. I was told “$4.75 to cut the key & I can’t guarantee the key will work”. What kind of locksmith can’t cut an original to the exact same blank & then wants almost $5.00 for a key blank he didn’t provide? Apparently this one. I won’t be coming back nor will I be recommending them.

Bill saved me from getting taking advantage of by several non licensed locksmiths who tried to charge me double the going rate to replace the ignition key for my daughter's vehicle. Bill was not only honest but legitimately concerned about the well-being and safety of my daughter and myself. True respect, honesty, and awesome customer service lives on with Bill and his professional technicians. Thank you Bill😄💝.
