The appetizers, although took an extended amount of time, they were good but the service was horrendous. Not only was our server, Thea, rude, but she lacked basic skills. She didn’t seat us, didn’t introduce herself, it took almost 20 min to get out drinks because she just didn’t come to our table. We noticed that the other customers at the 5 tables with guests in the place becoming impatient as well. Once we finally got our drinks, we had to wait to order and in the meantime started eating our peanuts which made us thirsty. She would continue to walk by and ignore us so I went up to the bar to refill our sodas and refilled my own basket of nuts. Finally after walking by our table many more times knowing that at that point I was doing her job she rudely asked if we needed anything we asked for more peanuts and were told that we now have to pay for peanuts. Finally our pizza came and I took one bite into it and it was not what we ordered. I got up and went to the bar to ask for the manager since Thea, our waitress, was nowhere to be found. Standing at the bar while my messed up food got cold I asked that the manager just come to my table. When he got there he told me that I was wrong and that the waitress was just so busy with her 5 tables that she also wasn’t serving when another gentleman from a nearby table chimed in and told the manager to stop cutting me off and to let me speak because his table was having a very similar experience. The manager basically offered no kinda of suitable resolution to the situation so we decided to leave and head down to Emil’s where the food was quick and delicious but our server, Hana, was great!

I have been going to Bills for years. I travel 30 minutes to get the best pizza in the northwest area. Bills special is great and the service is the best.

I loved the place, pizza was different in the good sense, the place very original, really Western or high mountain cabin like. The games area have an actual pinball machine, that was amazing hadn't play with one in years.

Rustic log cabin atmosphere. Been a neighborhood staple forever. Great thin crust pizza and I especially like their wings. The wings are a simple wing with no exotic flavors like at other establishments, but so very tasty.

I often joke that a bite of cheese pizza from Bill's may have been my first taste of solid food when I was a baby. My family has been coming here for years and years. Bill's is loud and fun, and the pizza is so delicious. Expect a wait on weekends, and don't bring anyone here who is allergic to peanuts!
