Came here because of previous reviews but wasn't disappointed. Bill did a great job repairing my broken sandals and even was able to replace the zipper on my favorite sweatshirt that was broken. Would definitely come here again and would recommend this place to everyone.

Brought them a pair of old broken in boots with worn through soles. He replaced the soles and oiled the leather uppers. One sole began to come apart again, but without a receipt or any hassle they re-glued the sole again with no further problems.

This is definitely the place to go! Brought in my son's welding boots as soles kept coming loose even after repair at other shops. Bill however not only glued the soles, but strategically stitched by hand to ensure durability. Also guaranteed his work stating that if they ever should somehow come loose again he would fix for free.

After ordering an Italian Leather belt and realizing it was too large I was quite concerned with having purchased such a high end product that it would not be able to be tailored to fit, Bill reassured he would take good care of me, I took my belt to Bill and he was able to shorten it to the proper length for me in a matter of minutes. Thanks Bill!
