William Zurinskas did an amazing job with my bankruptcy. I was very impressed with his vast knowledge and ability to explain everything in a simple manner for me to understand the entire process.

He was very easy to get a hold of whether it be by phone or email. If by off chance I had to leave a voicemail he always called back promptly. 

His services were professional and efficient. I would highly recommend him.

As someone who was blindsided by the fact that I will have to look into bankruptcy, I had some hope of working with Mr. Zurinskas after seeing five star reviews on Google. Unfortunately I was not impressed with Mr. Zurinkskas' pre-appointment process and client service approach. As the potential of filing for bankruptcy would be a daunting task for anyone,  I was hoping for more of understanding expert, but felt very belittled when talking to Mr. Zurinskas. It seems his Fort Collins availability is very limited; I suggest he update his area to Longmont where he said he is most often. When I told him that I could not make it to Longmont due to not having a vehicle, he basically said "okay well I don't know how to help you, have a nice day". 

By no means am I saying the folks filing for bankruptcy are the victims in this process, and am not trying to victimize myself in these situation. It is already a difficult option to have to reach out to a bankruptcy lawyer; but when the lawyer makes you and your situation feel irrelevant, it is very humiliating and even horrifying to try to reach out to another lawyer with fear that all bankruptcy attorneys will act as Mr. Zurinkskas did. 

I am only speaking from my own experience, and hope it is/will be different for others. Because of said reason, I did not get the chance to work with him and would not recommend others to trust him with their hardships and circumstances. As he does benefit from other's misfortunes, he doesn't seem to have the sympathy for folks to be working in this specific area of law.

What can I say, he did a great job. He walked me through all the potential hazards, and kept things from being any worse than they had to be. If you need a Bankruptcy Lawyer, Bill will take care of you.

I am really impressed by Bill...

I called Bill for a quick question.  I know how many calls he must get so I just tried to be as speedy as possible.  After I asked my question, I started to say thank you and goodbye but he stayed on the line longer than I could have asked and gave me valuable information.  This information saved me from losing my house.  Bill is one of the good guys.

Bill is the best bankruptcy lawyer in all of Colorado.  He has years and a lifetime of experience and is very knowledgeable.   He truly cares about people and goes the extra mile for his clients. In fact, 2 years later I can say he is still able to help and has made it possible for my family to buy our dream home.  I would recommend anyone who is thinking about or needs to go through bankruptcy to give him a call.
