Clean place the outlets could be updated but I carry a portable charger nontheless. I travel a lot by bus the night people were very nice I travel with 3 kids alone because my husband works in management. This was the only station with a play area for our kiddos I thought that was a nice touch. Unfortunately the rude elderly woman working there in the morning hated children obviously and probably her job. I ride a long trip with 3 kids from Mt to Virginia then back again every summer. Well needless to say this was the first time I have ever had some lady rudely come outside and yell at me to watch my kids even though I can clearly see them in the window because they were running around inside. Well FYI rude lady kids are kids and after a 4 day long trip because your buses can't get their job right and are late picking people up we had an extra day so a 6 and 7 year old little person is likely to need to run off some steam. I know the real reason you were angry was because of the water my 10 year old spilled. I watched you walk in on your shift and look at me and my children with disgust at the mess they made and I cleaned it up twice and left it spotless. I hope you get fired but if you don't you really did embarrass the wrong lady. I'm putting the word out to the homeless in the area about you and your life will be hell. Have a nice life jerk or not sorry not sorry.

It’s a clean terminal, I had the same bus driver for my arrival and departure, and she was a total hoot. Always shared history of the towns and small cities we passed through. However, that lady working in the morning must hate her job, she threw a fit like a 12 year old girl in front of customers because a bus driver didn’t do something they were supposed to. She was so mad she couldn’t even write my information down correctly. Very awkward and unpleasant experience after that.

I came in from Seattle. i had just found out a family friend died. Tried to get my head together. Lady that does the luggage very disrespectful. Closed the door in my face as i am putting my bags down and the door hits me in my head. I am really over the disrespect from greyhound employees.. Nice to white people disrespectful/rude to anyone black. This is not the 1st or 2nd or 3rd time I have seen the racist actions. The driver was rude pointed out that people that sit in the back are smoking pot. I will kick your ass off the bus. Hmmm is that profiling or just putting people in a category. Didn't know it was wrong to WANT to sit in the back of the bus. Its sad how people treat the customers. This will be the last time i ride. I know you guys dont care but how i was treated But you will.

I'm not really a story teller but any way good service they helped me out a lot they went out off there way trying to get me home i was stuck out there and they got me a thicket thanks Stephanie and her co worker good customer service

The staff and the bus drivers are very rude! Don't tell them they lost your luggage or they threaten to kick you off the bus! Every time I ride a Jefferson lines bus there's always an issue. The worse experiences happened to me in minnesota, North Dakota, Billings MT , Missoula MT. I feel Jefferson lines trains the staff to treat people poorly
