This is a family oriented Chimi truck. , I love the way they work and the food served. One of my favorite things here is the Chimi sandwich with everything as well as the batatas frita with the morir soñando drink... If you get hungry they're open from 6 till 4am I believe...Food: 4/5

Food was ok. But service needs to inprove . Maybe get a POS or a IPad system. All the time my order is missing something. The wait is crazy sometimes.Food: 3/5
Can't complain at all. Beef Chimi with queso frito was on point, along with the cherry drink I had.
Orderd via Uber eats. They ran out of fries for the yaroa. I called both the numbers listed here and on their instagram 5 times to modify the order, no one answered. Contacting uber eats did not help either. Wasted time and went to bed hungry. Won't patronize them again.
Good food fast cooking everything you can find at Dominican fritura
Mediocre is the nicest way to describe this location. Ordered a pernil chimi and the pernil was so plain. Pernil más desabrió del mundo señores. Que falta de respeto fue eso - el sazón existe. I also placed an order of papa relleno and got one big burnt ball that was 65% potato, 20% beef & 15% oil. This place is too “hit & miss” for anything more than 2 stars… AND it has NOTHING on the chimi truck on Jerome.
The sausage is a little to oily and salty!!! The chimi was good and service was ok, just that the ladies there barely speak English, it was hard for them to understand what I wanted !!! But food was pretty good overall!!!
The food is delicious. Very close taste to how it is made in dominican Republic. However, their natural juices aren't as cold or fresh in taste. Also the wait for the food is between 20-40min. The food is worth and price is reasonable.
