Little hole in the wall.  Average bbq.  Had brisket & sausage.  Brisket a bit fatty, a little to chewy.  Sausage was good. Potato salad good, beans may have just been ranch style from s can.

Billy's has been my go to BBQ joint since I was a kid. I recommend it to every new Texan I meet! Family owned, old recipe and genuine people!

Billy's is me and my husband's favorite Barbeque in Bastrop County. Billy's catered our wedding, and did a great job! All our guests wanted to know where we got our barbecue from.
