First time and it was not bad but not great. I would definitely eat here again but it was something that would WOW you. The T-Bone steak was pretty good but tasted like any other grilled steak. Nothing special. The chicken fried steak was not good I didn’t like it at all. The Mac and cheese was really good and the rolls with honey butter. Definitely worth a try if u haven’t tried.
The restaurant atmosphere was great, the wait staff was amazing and attentive to our requests. The only issue was I was slightly disappointed with the portion size and the prime rib wasn't seasoned, too bland. Vegetarian options: The restaurant has a lot of variety on their menu. Kid-friendliness: They had coloring pages for menus, the kids had fun. Parking: Lots of parking
Service is great! Food is fine. The appetizers were good, and my country fried steak was okay a bit salty. The mac and cheese was not good at all. No flavor and really dried out.Dine in: Yes
Great food for lunch, dinner and Happy Hour. Steaks, chicken, sandwiches and salads. Shaved steak salad with chicken tortilla soup my favorite for lunch. Messy sundae is just that...messy but so good. Peanut shells on the floor.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesDelivery: NoCurbside pickup: Yes
The macaroni and cheese was the best !! Clam chowder was the best !! But the chicken fried steak with the white gravy was awful !! The gravy was cold and tasted like corn starch right out of the box!! It was really sad, because the overall experience was good. As you can see from the picture , they could have done a better job on the chicken fried steak, and added more fries!!! The gravy was stuck to the plate , sorry to say I wished I had chosen something better, and really don't know if I will be coming back.
Great food !!Good flavors!! Nice staff prompt on orders an quick to serve. Great atmosphere!! Will be back again in the future.Food: 5/5
I love going here. Today was my first time coming back since pandemic. Tried the lunch menu. It was great. My only disappointment was the rolls were way different they were small really greasy. The butter was melted and separating.
Service was fine, restaurant was fine and food was fine. It’s not a bad place just wasn’t memorable or like amazing so I think one visit is good for me. We had a burger and fries and fish and chips. The garden salad with dressing was a little watery, the fries are good. They are the battered kind so very good. My fish was so very oily and extra greasy like it was fried in oil that wasn’t hot enough or sat too long to soak. Fish was fresh though and not funky. Burger was fine; not fantastic or bad.
Loved the food and the rustic feel with peanuts on the table. I had the prime rib and it was delicious. All 4 of us enjoyed the meal. I live at the beach and have clam chowder everywhere. Yours is just as delicious if not better. Service was great!!!
This place was pretty cool. We were looking for a good place to stop on our way back from the state dart tournament and choice this place after seeing a sign for it from the freeway. Peanuts were free in the bar and you just toss the empty shells on the ground to be dealt with later. Food was delicious. Service was good. Needless to say we were very happy to stumble across this place. Total for 3 of us was about 80$ for a meal each and a 20$ appetizer combo platter. Absolutely would go back again if we find ourselves out in the area. Kid-friendliness: There was a restaurant area as well as a bar area so kids could definitely dine in. They also had one of those old mechanical horses you could drop $0.50 in and ride on.
