Cardinal is Ok , billing can be complicated , but if you pray to God and speak with right manager it can be resolved.

Have had many problems with them in the past with them trying to just nickel and dime you for stuff you don’t even need, like trying to put an IV in when I just needed an ultrasound and already had a full bladder but yeah they didn’t even check that 1st, just automatically wanted to start an IV that I didn’t need. Or telling you on the phone that you have something wrong with you and to come in asap just to wait in the waiting area for 3 hours, then see you for 10 mins just to tell you what you already knew because that’s what you told them, & they give you some Tylenol and send you on your happy way with a $1800 bill. Not to mention their billing is way messed up or just plain scandalous! I called and asked about 5 months ago if I owed them anything because we were paying off our hospital bills with our tax return and they said no there was nothing on file, and as far as I knew we were all paid off. but just last week, even though I haven’t went back to that hospital for a year because of all the other problems I’ve had, they sent me a bill for $508 from February of last year and it’s the 1st time I’ve seen it!
