Binnie and her team are great at communicating but that is about the extend of my praise. My wife and I were selling our home and they had a buyer that was extremely interested in our house. They had their buyer offer $3,000 over asking price and we entered in to an agreement of sale at the end of April 2017. Just last week in the middle of June they terminated the sale because of the appraisal even though we matched the appraisal price. In my opinion any good realtor should be able to look at local comps PLUS more importantly the financial situation of their client to determine if this was a home they could afford. After having the home tied up in the agreement of sale for more than 45 days they walked away from the house even after we dropped the price to the appraised value. Be very careful with this realty group and the guidance they give you....this was a very concerning transaction.

Binnie was awesome!! After we decided to list the house, Binnie came and helped us explain how to stage the house and place furniture/artwork. Within a week of contacting her the house was on the market and two days later we had a full price offer. Binnie took care of all the negotiations during the inspection process and we could not have asked for a better negotiator to have on our side. The buyers tried to add things to the inspection report, but Binnie pushed back and made sure we only had to fix the things that were reasonable. Thanks Binnie!!

We had an Awesome experience with Binnie Bianco as our Realtor. Not only did she sell our house in 1 day, she helped negotiate our new home and expedite everything within the 45 day timeline we needed. Her follow-thru & professionalism are impeccable. We would use her again if we were moving, but have found our Forever Home & love it more each day – even after 4 years.

I got in touch with Binnie after a year of trying to sell my house with another agent. Looking at all of the reviews and noting her knowledge of the Conshohocken market specifically, I decided to move forward with Binnie as my agent. After one open house and 10 days on the market, we received a full price offer for the home. It started with pricing the house correctly for the location. We did have to drop the price from the previous asking price, but she gave me plenty of data supporting that number. She offered tips (minor touch-ups) to get the house in good condition for showings. She hired a great photographer to really show off the space, which included a video shot from some impressive angles. During the negotiation process, she was very helpful providing advice from her years of experience and promptly getting back in touch whenever anything came up. if you are looking to buy or sell a place in the Conshohocken area, look no further.

To anyone looking to buy a home with ease & confidence- Look no further! In searching for our first home, my husband & I felt like we were in great hands when working with Binnie & her team. She knows Conshohocken so well & her connections to builders, sellers, & current happenings in the area were all extremely valuable to us. She worked relentlessly (over 8 long months!) to get us our dream home. While home buying can surely be stressful and competitive in this area, we felt like Binnie had our back 100% of the time and we were confident in her abilities through every step of the process! She's very friendly, knowledgeable, persistent & personable. An overall pleasure to work with & we can't thank you enough!
