I go here to donate once a week. The staff looks a little understaffed at times, but usually an hour gets spent here. Everything is clean and sterile. If you bring in the information that they ask you to, the initial wait for the first visit is maybe an hour and a half. The donations are based on your body weight, so some donations may take up to an hour and a half. This is a good way to give back to those who are have platelet deficiencies and blood loss. It's not a painful experience and can be relaxing to read a book and chill for a while. Be sure to eat a couple large meals the day you donate and drink lots of water. Overall, this experience is not for everyone, but is a good way to give back and receive money for the time you donate. You can make up to $70 A week with the promotions they run.

Donated here for 18 months regularly, took 6 months off due to a new tattoo, then had to go in for a physical (no big deal) and a vein check. I have always donated with my right arm because the left is too difficult and only 2 people there have been able to do it properly. Needless to say the person doing the vein check said they have a new policy and both veins needed to be good, I was then informed to lift weights, drink water and come back in 3 months. How about train your people better to be able to get more difficult vein locations.

Been going here for 2 month's now in the beging it was nice but as I began being a regular 3 time's on my second donation they have told me No. First time was because of a bruise which they caused and the bruise was healed it had been almost two week's. The 2nd they couldn't handle my baby in the daycare. 3rd was I had to much fat in the plasma. And each time was on my second donation so I don't get the $50 I have to start over at $20 there are a few snobs that work here need to have better attitudes the pay is way to low considering there making billions of your good deed. I have moved to a much nicer better pay in and out. This place sucks when there stealing your donation there rules are cheap.

This place might be updated and roomy, but it has more cons than it does pros. Their pay is low compared to their competitors, their bonuses aren't much either (bring a friend, come in a certain number of times in a month...), and some of the staff have no idea what they're doing. A woman injected my muscle with saline and my arm started expanding and that was the last time I went there.
