They make it very difficult to obtain your percrisption, they require you to drive in an pay your co pay an return 24 hours later to pick your prescription up. Takes an hour to get there an back, twice. NOT professional.

Unlike the last poster, I have had an ongoing struggle with the BioMed pharmacist in getting a certain dosage of a compounded medication made for me. I kept being told that the particular dosage I wanted/needed was "copyrighted", so they could not fill my prescription at that dosage. I checked with three other large compounding pharmacies in the state, and they all explained how to deal with this situation.....it all depended on how my doctor wrote the prescription up. Also, because the chemical composition of the medication that BioMed had was not the exact chemical composition (it had extra ingredients in it) this made it be outside of the copyright issue. If I had not checked with other compound pharmacies  I would not have learned this, and it seems awfully sad that the head pharmacist at BioMed didn't know this either! What else don't they know? Their long-winded phone answering message is also bothersome. I didn't now it was a pharmacies job to tell others how to behave. Sick people come to them, and when you are ill, you are not always able to be "happy and polite" due to pain, worry or discomfort. I vote they stop with the extra long-winded codependent phone messages!

I received a prescription from another compounding pharmacy who had given me the wrong applicator for my medicine, and no instruction.  I was completely confused at how to administer it so I went to BioMed and they walked me through how to use it.  They were so kind and so helpful.  I will fill future prescriptions here!
