I have been using this skin clinic every 3 weeks for the past 3 years and I have not had the experiences that I am reading about on these reviews. I get compliments on my skin and am a person who has had the good fortune to have excellent skin care for decades. Biotone has the highest quality, handmade, fresh and effective skin treatments that you can find. I meet clients in the waiting room that travel out from NYC to get these. No idea what these reviewers are talking about. Get past the chaos and look at the results. This business has decades of success and 2 clinical scientists behind the wheel.

Management is very incompetent, rude and disrespectful. please learn to be a leader/boss before you try to own your own business. you obviously hate your job

Susie is brilliant. She formulates her own creams and treatments with professional connections all over the world. She is trained as a scientist and her mother, who founded the clinic is a medical doctor. Best skin care that money can buy. No finer.
