Daren and the crew at Birch Mountain completely redesigned my property and transformed everything except the house. From start to finish, the team was professional and timely. The best materials were used and during the transformation, Daren met with me to go over my options for designs and materials. General overview of the job: paver walkways, granite steps, granite stair kits, tree trimming, land grading, base installations, burms, paver patio, new driveway, mulch surrounds with plantings, new lawn planting, boulder retainers and accents, and of course ripping out all the old stuff. Even the small details and finish work were unexpected and excellent (tamping in the asphalt to blend into the boulders, cedar finish work for the granite stair kits to the house..etc..)! It was a massive job and Birch Mountain performed fantastically, and I felt I choose the best overall value for the job between my 3 quotes. I would highly recommend Birch Mountain to anyone looking for any property work advertised on their site, they are excellent. I will be calling them again for follow-up detailed work and additions to our landscape (not just yard property anymore :O) I can't list all the details, but the property is unrecognizable from the mess it was before. Again, great job...great bunch of guys, highly recommended!

After visiting the new paver display at Birch Mountain Earthworks this spring we were inspired to have them come back out to do more work in our yard again. We had such a pleasurable experience working with them the last time around we knew we were in excellent hands. As usual our kids loved watching all the shiny trucks come and friendly guys transform our old deck area into an amazing new patio with a boulder fire pit and sitting wall. The patio is so much more inviting than the deck we had that we find ourselves out there all the time now. We are already planning out our next project with Birch Mountain....I can't wait to get a water fall with a stream and the large stone bridge just like the one in the display. These guys by far develop the most creative landscapes I have ever seen! See you next year!!

I have been working on many projects at home and I was so pleased with the help and advice that Birch Mountain gave me. Such a nice group of people. It is worth the trip to see the extensive display including pavers, the granite steps and my favorite part the boulders! I couldn't believe all they had to look at. For anyone looking for landscape products or if you need someone to create your landscape for you, these are the guys to go to. Thanks again for the expert advice. I will be sure to tell all of my friends and family to visit you on Route 5 in South Windsor!

This past spring we met Birch Mountain Earthworks at the home show where they invited us to come visit them on Route 5 in South Windsor. When we did Daren and his dad where there at the time and gave us a warm tour. Daren then came out to our house and came up with solutions for our yard that we had been needing for years. Now that the yard is done we only wish we had met Daren and his crew sooner!! What an amazing transformation. My husband and I had just the best experience possible with such a nice group of folks to work with. We highly recommend Birch Mountain to all of our friends, family and neighbors!!

They did a beautiful job in a very short period of time. Daren himself supervised and made sure to talk with us every few days to make sure that we felt that things were going the way we wanted. The workers were friendly and great with our dog. Now, not only is our yard beautiful, a great place to entertain, and easy to maintain, our neighbors have made a point of telling us how nice it looks.
