I own a private preschool called My First Academy and Birchmier built a large facility for us in Orlando and did AN EXCELLENT job. They were very professional from the beginning. They were always there and willing to  go the extra mile for me and my company. Quick to respond and willing to work with us. Everyone on the team was very friendly, from the receptionist to the owner of the company. I would highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again.

We own a small commercial plumbing company called R E Martin Plumbing INC and we have done work with Birchmier Construction INC  for a few years now and they have been an outstanding partner in this rather difficult industry we work in today. They are very professional and do their best to keep their subs informed and up to date on the projects we are working on together. I recommend them highly for their ethics and integrity in their business dealings. It's good to see a GC that remembers where they started at and maintains that in how they deal with their subs.

Birchmier built out a large facility for us in Orlando and did an excellent job. From the beginning they were professional, quick to respond and willing to work with us. No one likes change orders but they kept them to a minimum and tried to come up with creative solutions to get around some of our  costly problems. Everyone on the ream was friendly and kept the site clean and secure. The biggest thing for me was once the job was completed if we had any little issues or want to change something they were there to fix it quickly and with no questions asked. I would highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again.

I have been a sub-contractor for Birchmier Construction since 2009 completing dozens of projects.  It has always been a great relationship.  I have found they have fantastic communication when detailing a scope of work for bid accuracy and are true professionals.   It has been a pleasure working with them and we look forward to future projects.

Randy Birchmier built my office over ten years ago.  I was very pleased then, and today my facility continues to represent the high standards I demand in patient care.  It is one of the reasons I enjoy coming to work everyday.  Thank you, Birchmier Construction.
