I brought my rabbit here today and I would like to say that the front desk receptionist was very helpful and patient with us. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable him and his staff did everything they could to make my rabbit feel as comfortable and less stress as possible. By far the best vet clinic I’ve ever been to.

I just had a great experience with this specialty hospital.  I have two rabbits and one had kidney failure.  I was referred to this hospital by another vet.  The doctors are really knowledgeable and patiently went over different options and tried to reduce the costs whenever possible as my budget was limited.    This hospital went over and above to care for my sweet rabbit.  I highly recommend this clinic.

I brought my to the clinic because he is not feeling well. They gave me a plan which costs around $2000. It contains a 700 dollars CT scan. After the scan, my pet feel even worse. Then an injection is made to my pet. They gave me some medicine to home. But my pet doesn't fell better after a few days. When I want to back to do future checking, they just charged me more. I can't afford it. It is too expensive and useless. The doctors and interns there seem don't have some basic loving for animals. If you tell them the bill is too expensive, what they did is just recommend you their credit card.

Amazing knowledgeable Doctor, caring and attentive staff.  We brought in our very sick bird, Cuddles.  He was lethargic and having difficulty breathing.  Examination and testing revealed heart failure and enlargement.  Although this was something that could not be fixed Dr. Malka was able to reduce the fluid so that he could breathe.  With the medication prescribed Cuddles was able to enjoy months of quality life and we were able to enjoy him.  He was comfortable and super happy until he fell peacefully into his eternal sleep.  Dr. Malka and his staff have been so supportive  during and after our journey.  We will be forever grateful for their care and kindness.

The staff is kind and attentive. They understood how important our pet is to us, and were very patient with us. It is not difficult to schedule appointments on short notice if necessary, a major advantage over the Center for Avian and Exotic in Manhattan. The price for a visit here is also significantly lower. They gave me several discounts and did not send me a bill after they forgot to charge me for something. Drs. Malka and Renna are very kind, thorough and knowledgeable. They do their best to take care of their patients. Strongly recommend!
