Bait and Switch - beware - I purchased an auto policy using Bryan Birdsong. I collected numerous quotes and Bryan provided the best quote. I left Allstate who I had been with for years and had accumulated many discounts for being a long term customer. I did this because the rate was much better with Travelers through Bryan. I paid the policy in full. 2 months into the 6 month term - I received a letter from Travelers stating that my policy was increasing over $300 and I would be back billed for the amount. When I called Bryan and sent emails I got no reply. I spent hours discussing with Travelers to learn that the insurance credit rating report to do my quote was run on another person in error during the process with Bryan and I was given the wrong quote. Despite it being agent error; Travelers refused to honor the policy rate that Bryan sold me and they refused to do anything. This was clearly his error and he is an agent for them. I have since cancelled the policy and changed to another company - and filed a BBB complaint. I would stay away from Birdsong Insurance!

Have been using Bryan for several years and been very pleased. We had State Farm and they had become crazy expensive and unreasonable. We had them for many years and when we switched to Farmers, Bryan was able to save us quite a bit and made the switch very easy! We switched ALL our insurance, home, car and umbrella. We highly recommend Bryan and Farmers!
