I have bought my shoes as well as my kids shoes from here. Today was a different experience that might stop us from shopping there. We went in and there were 3 people working. One was on the phone, one was helping a customer, and the other walking around aimlessly. No one spoke to us when we walked in. When we were the only people left in the store, no one came to greet us or ask if we needed help. When my daughter asked the girl who was aimlessly walking around, if they had a pair of shoes in a certain size, she acted like it was bothersome to her. No one spoke as we left either. It is very disappointing.

Me and my mom and my aunt went there yesterday and nobody offered to help us they weren't even busy. We had to go over and ask them to help us, we then went to buy my shoes and we had a coupon for it and they said, " as of 2 days ago we no longer honor this coupon." The coupon doesn't expire until January 1, 2018. We bought the shoes but we will never go there again because of the costumer service and false advertising.

The customer service has gone downhill tremendously. I will be finding another store to purchase my shoes even if I have to purchase them online!!

Nice place. Employee asked what I needed right when I came in. I love shoe stores, you say one name brand and they leave you alone when you know exactly what you want. They didn't have black crocs (for work) in my size so sales rep told me they could call other stores in NC and find my size, my color, my brand and still give me the weekend sales event discount. AWESOME!!
