The rude gangster looking  receptionist that checked us is was eating and rolling her eyes as she was talking to us , waited almost 3 hours to see the doctor although the doctor was kind I think his staff is overwhelmed from being over booked if you come here expect to have a long wait with bad coustmer service

Dr. Peter Birnbaum is awesome 👏 .  I injured my right wrist last January and needed surgery.  I found him on google with favorable feedbacks and comments.  Thank God I made the right choice because everything went well.  It was a fast and smooth procedure.  I didn't feel pain nor discomforts right after the surgery.  I'm doing therapy now and my hand is healing fast and is more flexible.  The staff is great, too!  Friendly and helpful 👍

The office staff is very unprofessional and rude!!! They made a HUGE mistake in my continuity of care, and blamed me!!! They have no idea of customer service means, no so they have any compassion for their patients. THE OFFICE STAFF IS GOING TO DESTROY THE ENTIRE PRACTICE!!!! DONT TAKE CHANCES WITH YOUR HEALTH!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!

The staff is unprofessional and the doctor is a jerk! They had me wait over 2 1/2 hours and have me wait in the exam room for another 30 mins. They had 5 people go in front of me when my appointment was before theirs and I wasn't even late. Maybe because I was not White? The doctor was on the phone and would not even see me. I could not stand the abuse anymore and started to complain and they literally said, "Doctor forgot and I should understand because he is busy in the mornings with surgeries and this is the only time he can speak to his patients!" Then what the heck am I ???
