Found my taco joint plus more the bierrieria ramen is perfect for rainy days or when you feelin a lil down in the pnw!! Would be my go to truck from now on! I’d definitely give it a shot

Awesome food and even better service. Great family run business, they even stayed open late to serve us. Tried the Quesabirrias Con Consome and vampiro, highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed., They close when they sell out so go early!

I decided to try here on a whim and the food was otherworldly! I ordered at the truck and got to go, and the service was so efficient! They gave me a buzzer to let me know when my meal was ready and it was ready in less than 20 minutes. Everything came fresh off the grill and was loaded. I ordered the birria quesadillas and they were so tender, filled with cheese, and the perfect level of greasy to fulfill a craving. It came with lots of fresh toppings on the side to add as needed.

This is the best Birria spot in the Seattle greater area.  A bit far from Seattle but if you are in the south end definitely worth checking out.Dine in: YesTakeout: YesCurbside pickup: Yes

This is one of the best food trucks I have ever been to.   The food has such great flavors.   I highly recommend this place.   The birria is so darn good

I drive from Enumclaw to look for the place. It's not there. I've attempted 3 times now. 2st time, can't remember, but weekend. Thought I got location wrong. 2nd time, out of food closed down early on Saturday. 3rd time was some time on Friday, 5pm ish. Not there. Picture showed exact location with Ace Hardware building in background. Seems I can't find it or try any of the supposed good food. All 3 times I tried & was not happy with the other locations with the same name. If their food is like the stick built locations. Om out. Grease filled or no flavor. Are you open or not. If not, post it. Because I look each attempt. With gas prices now. Heading from Enumclaw to Seattle for WSDOT going that far out of way 3 times. Cost me more that anything on your menu. So can't taste the food due to unknown reasons

Let me start by saying we are really picky. I was really worried being it’s a taco truck. But it did not disappoint! No bubble guts. Food was so delicious! Great prices! Well worth the drive! We will definitely be back!
