Unfortunately myself and 4 year old went in to this shop for trims. I had a dry cut with no wash or blowdry. My 4 year old had her hair washed and blownout. After being charged $81 and myself ending  up with the worst haircut I have ever had (uneven chunks missing) , I had to go back the next day and had the manager, Shannon fix my hair. She did a good job which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. It's a bummer when you spend that much money and end up having to spend your time to make a second trip back and end up with a very short cut that you now need to wait to grow out.

Got my hair cut today by Sam.  I had a great experience! She was a pro, did an excellent job with my long hair, and was super friendly. Highly recommended.

The stylists and barbers are helpful with recommendations and styling tips. As most downtown barbers, they also offer coffee and beer while you get cut.
