Conveniently located on Level 5 of Nordstrom’s flagship in NYC! We stopped by for their summer pop-up on their outdoor patio which has an Aperol inspired theme. It’s so cute with all the orange accents and diff aperol and summer themed cocktails. We also had some small bites. Staff was so friendly and the food was delicious. Perfect spot to stop for lunch between shopping. Enjoy!

I wanted to love this place but I didn't.  The food is delicious BUT always a few issues.  The bread on the eggs Benedict was Challah bread that was dry and too thick. The lobster bisque was too rich. Pure cream pretty much.  The roast beef was overcooked for me. I like it on the rare side. The service both times was not good. I was left with no water for ten minutes and got a refill only after having to flag down a waiter. The restaurant was packed and super noisy!

If you are looking for amazing food, tasty cocktails, and great service, Bistro Verde is it! We were greeted with smiles and felt very welcomed. The manager, Eric, even stopped by our table with a great big smile.Food: 5/5

Food is surprisingly good. Our waiter was terrific... Given that we were a big group with small kids. Children's menu has excellent options, and the portions are really "adult".. lol This was a good find. Highly recommend. Regular food portions are decent sized and well priced.

We stopped here after shopping one afternoon. The servers were all very attentive and friendly. We just wanted a little nosh, so We ordered the “starters” The appetizer portions were small as was to be expected. The chicken tacos w served with lime and were really tasty. The tomato basil soup was served with a slice of crispy garlic bread that was the absolute bomb when dipped in the soup! Yum. Get an actual meal if you’re hungry. Although pricey it’s pretty good grub.

I had lunch at Bistro Verde yesterday afternoon on July 4th. The weather was perfect and I noticed they had opened an outdoor terrace. I asked to be seated outside. It was quite enjoyable, I must say. The waiter was pleasant and prompt, and went over the menu with me in depth. I will say that they could invest in outdoor umbrellas and more foliage to make it a bit more cozy.  I settled on the Rigatoni & Chicken Sausage, which was perfectly seasoned and not overly spicy. The garlic bread that came with it was delicious as well. I always enjoy coming to Nordstrom do dine at their restaurants because the food is always delicious and the staff is always so pleasant. I remember conversing with the manager of the restaurant one time, and I complimented him on the staff. He then told me that his main focus was to hire ”great people”. That always stuck with me because they have been trained well and are an asset to Bistro Verde.

Lunch was quite good, portions were fair and the quality was good. Nice setting for lunch. Relaxed atmosphere. Service was ok. Shrimp salad was very good!Food: 4/5

Perfectly located restaurant within Nordstrom, on 5th floor. Lovely food in very comfortable space with friendly service. There is outdoor seating available with iconic NYC roof ambiance facing well kept Manhattan buildings. At the time of this review there is a special Aperol Spritz set up and the environment is beautifully orange, with plenty of orange decor and such. Just brilliant and enjoyable and the food is delicious with generous portions. Thank you Nordstrom.

K… We all know Nordstrom is broke but- Who are they kidding with these prices??? 19.00 margarita? 20.00 glasses of wine??? Small portions and huge prices What a shame… Why do the bars have items available that the restaurants don’t? Who wants to eat in the ladies shoe department?!? Drinks I get but… There is no-flow No consistencies  All lower level restaurants-closed. Gone! Service is horrible I have to say- The Nordstrom we all knew and loved is over. Be ready for flagship closings and only Rack stores So so saddened and disappointed

Thankfully the restaurant was quiet. I was ravenous! Being from upstate New York, and used to inexpensive restaurants, I wanted this to be a treat, and it was! The Bolognese was delicious, a little too spicy, and the meatballs were heavenly! Very light, tasty. Service was good, waitress was friendly, prompt, and hostess was wonderful as well. Definitely recommend!
