I went in for a simple hair cut for a trim and some layers. When the lady took me back to the chair to cut my hair she asked me what I wanted and immediately started butchering my hair. She didn’t even wash it or style it and she cut it in about 3 minutes. I don’t think the haircut was bad, but she took all the fun out of going to the salon to get your hair done. I love getting my hair washed and the anticipation of how my hair is going to look when she styles it. It was a $5 haircut that costed $20 for her to cut my hair in 3 minutes. And, you know, if she would’ve put some effort in it I probably would’ve given her a $10 tip. It was just disappointing...

I booked an appointment for 12:45 but to my surprise I got a phone call at 12 from my stylist telling me that she was done early and invited me to come in asap. My color retouch came out PERFECT! She was fast and efficient. Thanks Julie.

Did not feel welcome.
20.00 for a couple of inches chopped off the back. No shampoo, no style. Very disappointed.

This place is great and has been open in Kingman for as long as I can remember locally owned and operated. These gals have a lot of experience and are always up to date with the latest and greatest in hair n nail designs n styles!!!! Super friendly, Bit of Heaven is worth every penny "n" more!!!!
