We lost our little Pierre on 10-27-15. They were very quick to respond and receive our baby. They are extremely professional and compassionate. The cemetery is very well maintained and beautiful. I highly recommend them to anyone who has the unfortunate task of laying their beloved pet to rest. Rest in peace Pierre; you will never be forgotten and will always have a place in our hearts.

We transferred the care of our beloved pet to these people and were appalled at how they handled this responsibility.  They never bothered to let us know that we could pick up our pets remains until I contacted them a month later to request status.  The staff was completely unprofessional during the whole process.  They had us put our pet in the back of a Prius for transport.  Our pet was over 65 lbs so this was not a good fit.  I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.  In such a time where you are grieving a passing of a beloved pet, you never expect to deal with such rudeness and lack of professionalism from those you are paying very well to take care of your pet.

I have to say that the two owners cared as When we took our dog in to be cremated and he waited for us to get there cause they close at 4pm and they waited and cared. We called all over town and people were charging anywhere from 200 to 600 to cremate.
I am disabled and thought the SPCA would help but they told me since I live in harris county they couldnt help so they told me to call bark and they dont do anything. Its strange to me that the spca can take donations but when you need help they wont. So I went here and it was a wonderful place and price so i dont see anything the other person was saying could be true. We had our dog for 14 years and he was part of our family and we found this place and I would tell anyone if you need some one to help you cremate you pet go here. Cause they charge a great price and they care. I give 5 stars..... They are way cheaper then anyone in Houston so the other review is wrong and its not by 10-15 more like 100 more then this place....
