Father to son store serving the community for at least two decades with very reasonable prices. I had taken my husband's computer to major PC store to fix, and after more than a month and a very large invoice it worked for a few days and crashed again. Before giving up on the computer I remembered Bits & PCs. In a week and charging very a reasonable price my husband's laptop was back in action.

Theyve helped me out so many times & always the same low price: $65

You cannot beat that.

I am very satisfied with BITS and PCS, they solved the problem that McAfee and Dell could not.  My desktop was infected with AntiVirus XP 2008 (which is a virus), although I have McAfee on it.  The virus kept popping up with fake messages to trick viewers to buy their antivirus software.  With McAfee live chat "help", my computer could not be turned on any more, not even with safe mode.  McAfee phone service could not help either and the rep told me to call Dell.  Then Dell could not help either and offered to reinstall my operating system which will erase all my files.  

BITS and PCS fixed it and all my files are fine.  And the cost is only $65, lower than McAfee fee.
